Ijeoma’s (from Etsy Convo Podcast) Blogging Challenge - DAY 1

Day 1: Introduction... Why I am doing this challenge?

Yesterday, I noticed an instagram post from Ijeoma of the Etsy Conversations Podcast, asking people to join her on a 31 day blogging challenge. I sat and thought about it for about 2 minutes, before replying to say that “I’ll try”!

There’s a list of prompts that I may or may not stick to. I’m also not going to be beating myself up if I miss a day or two, or even decide to give up all together if I’m finding I just don’t have time to write every day, but I thought maybe it would be good idea to at least answer the first one, which is reason number 1 for why I’m doing this.  

The second is because I’ve had this blog, in a number of forms over the years, but because I’m usually so busy being a goldsmith/mum that it often gets neglected for months at a time. 

So, for today, this is it......
