November Blog Challenge Day 4 - Out of The Workshop

OK, thsi is very short, because it’s Sunday and I shouldn’t be working at all............but...........I think most artists/designers/self-employed peeps will agree when I say that getting out of the workshop “physically”  is actually way easier than getting out “mentally”. Actually, I don’t think I ever really stop thinking about things like who’s commission I need to work on next, or those half ideas about new collections. I’m fine with that though, and having grown up in a family that ran their own business, I guess I just don’t know any different! So here’s a few photos of some of the times recently when I’ve “tried” to think about other stuff for a while.........

A trip to West Midlands Safari Park and a very greedy giraffe.

A visit to Chepstow to check out a potential new home! Exciting!!

Running (actually walking when this was taken, but I had been running just before 😉).

Amazing summer holiday to France and Spain, where I possibly did manage to forget about work for a few minutes!

If you’ve decided to join in with my blog challenge and are also writing then please get in touch and I’ll link to your blog on here. It also helps me to not feel like I’m just writing this for myself to read ;)
